Organization Structure

The Microcosm ecosystem uses a hierarchical organization structure with Stations, Managers, and Miners.

# Hierarchy Levels

level_1

Top-level organization unit. Stations have their own treasury (Vault) and can contain multiple Managers.

level_2

Upgraded form of a team. Matrix units have management capabilities and can earn Manager rewards.

level_3

Basic organization unit. Teams can grow and upgrade to Matrix status.

individual

Individual user who participates in projects and earns MCC rewards.
